About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is now hiring Physical Therapists in Savannah, GA and the greater area. The Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is designed for recently graduated professionals looking for mentorship and independence.

Responsibilities

• Gain a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to become a confident, well-rounded clinician.
• Treat in a rewarding home setting with manageable caseloads and 1:1 care.
• Set your own flexible schedule without nights or weekends.
• Receive additional income through treating additional patients or referrals.

Requirements

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in STATE.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• No prior in-home or home health experience required.
• Manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate personal needs.
