About the role

FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers newly graduated Physical Therapists a blend of mentorship and independence to launch their career. Located in Greater Greenville, SC, FOX is a nationally recognized organization founded in 1998 that pioneered outpatient home‑based services, providing clinicians with flexibility, autonomy, and top‑tier 1:1 patient care while serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in 60‑minute treatment sessions.
• Maintain an average caseload of 6‑8 patients per day.
• Deliver high‑quality, individualized treatment without double‑booking.
• Participate in the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, receiving dedicated mentorship and hands‑on training.
• Optionally treat additional patients for supplemental income or earn referral bonuses.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon‑to‑be‑licensed) Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR certification.
