Physical Therapist (New Grad Mentor Program)

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care for older adults. Responsibilities include: delivering individualized, high-quality patient care through 1:1 sessions with an average caseload of 6-8 patients per day, focusing on patient-centered treatment. Key duties: participating in mentorship and hands-on training, managing a manageable caseload, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Qualifications: licensed or soon-to-be licensed in Delaware, graduate from an accredited PT program, CPR certified, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care. Skills required: clinical excellence, patient service delivery, basic computer literacy, and a desire to develop professionally.
