About the role
Provide high-quality, individualized outpatient physical-therapy care to older adults in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, patient-centered treatments in 60-minute sessions
- Manage a daily caseload of 6–8 patients
- Receive mentorship and hands-on training in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth
- Earn additional income through patient treatment or referral bonuses
Requirements
- Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer literacy
- Exceptional patient-service skills and clinical excellence
- Passion for patient-centered care
Schedule
