Physical Therapist (New Grad Mentor Program)

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional outpatient care in home settings. In this role, you will benefit from mentorship and hands-on training, especially suited for newly licensed graduates. You will manage a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day, delivering individualized, 60-minute sessions that focus on patient-centered care. The position offers a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You can supplement your income through treating additional patients or referral bonuses. Qualifications include current licensure or imminent licensure in Delaware, graduation from an accredited PT program, and CPR certification.
