Are you interested in a travel physical therapist position but prefer to sleep in your own bed? This opportunity offers a competitive salary with full benefits, an additional $10,000 in annual incentive pay, and mileage reimbursement. Candidates must be willing to travel to any of the SSM Health Physical Therapy Outpatient locations in the greater St. Louis area, including the Metro East, and must be licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s needs and physician direction.
  • Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.
  • Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
  • Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required (must be licensed in both Missouri and Illinois).
  • CPR certification.
