Outpatient Physical Therapist travel assignment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for 13 weeks. Work a standard 8-hour day, five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient rehabilitation services, ensuring patient recovery and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to diverse patient populations.
- Follow clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or registration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
- Professional references.
