Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (PT - Acute)
About the role
Provide specialized care to patients with complex medical needs in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and independence. Responsibilities include assessing patient progress, delivering hands-on therapy, and supporting patients and families throughout the recovery process.
Requirements
- Current California physical therapist license
- 1 year of experience in LTAC or similar settings
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- SSN and date of birth required for compliance
- Work history with no more than a 90-day gap in the last year

Pay
$1,988.00 - $2,048.00 per 8-day shift.
