About the role

Help patients regain mobility and function in a long-term acute care hospital setting. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and work with a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (Compact accepted).
• Recent experience as a physical therapist in LTACH or acute care settings.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Adaptability to new environments.
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• One professional reference covering your entire work history.
