Travel Physical Therapist long-term acute care job in Cincinnati, OH with AMN Healthcare. Evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Work closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio PT license
- At least one year of skilled experience
- BLS certification (copy needed)
- SSN and date of birth required
- One reference from entire work history
