13-week contract in a long-term acute care setting. You will evaluate and treat residents, design individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Active Missouri physical-therapy license or compact eligibility
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Social Security Number and date of birth required for compliance
• One professional reference covering your entire work history

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical-therapist experience in long-term acute care (new graduates with LTC or rehab experience will be considered)
• Preferred: 2 years of physical-therapist experience

Pay

$2,273 – $2,342 per week
