Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (PT - Acute)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide long-term acute care therapy services to help patients regain strength and independence.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (Compact accepted).
• Current BLS certification.
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• One professional reference covering your entire work history.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication.
• Experience in long-term acute care or long-term care settings.

Pay

$2,279.00 – $2,348.00 per week.
