Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (PT - Acute)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Hawaii.
• Experience working in a long-term acute care facility preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care in a specialized setting.

Pay

$1924.00 - $1983.00 per week
