About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- A current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Hawaii.
- Experience working in a long-term acute care facility preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care in a specialized setting.

Pay
$1924.00 - $1983.00 per week
