About the role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
  • Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote healing and recovery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

  • Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Montana
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • At least one year of experience in long-term acute care settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing high-quality patient care

  • Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
