About the role
Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care (PT - Acute) needed ASAP for a 13‑week travel assignment. Facility is a 53‑bed LTACH using NetHealth and ProTouch EMR. Schedule is flexible Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4 pm (8‑hour day shifts). No floating to other units required. Required attire: navy scrubs. On‑site free parking provided. BLS and Pennsylvania PT license are required.

- Certification: BLS (copy needed)
- SSN required
- Date of birth required
- Work history: no more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
- References: at least one reference from entire work history
