Travel Physical Therapist position in a Long Term Care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
- Provide skilled therapy services and support long-term care patients

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- Long Term Care or rehabilitation experience
- Valid Oklahoma state PT license (compact license accepted)
- New graduates with Level II fieldwork experience are eligible
- Valid Social Security Number and Date of Birth required
- One professional reference needed
