Physical Therapist I - Full Time - Varied Shifts - 8hr FPH

Physical Therapists provide high quality, comprehensive and patient‑centered Physical Therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities. Responsibilities

• Patient evaluation and assessment
• Development and administration of a treatment plan
• Documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources
• Handling and administration of medications according to legal guidelines
• Clinical guidance to licensed and non‑licensed personnel

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Excellent Customer Service Skills required
• California licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure as a PT by the Physical Therapy Board of the California State Board of Health Professions
• BLS required
• Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH
• Annual 4 hours of Orthopedic Education required

Pay

Pay Range: $47.19 - $73.14

Schedule

• Glendora: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Queen of the Valley: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
