Physical Therapist - Full Time - Day Shift

About the role

Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations to ensure quality standards and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques.
• Creates care and discharge plans, communicating them effectively.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants and performs other related duties.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Licensure in practice state.
• CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.
