Physical Therapist, Home Hospital
About the role
Bring your clinical expertise beyond the hospital walls—while still practicing at the top of acute care. Mass General Brigham’s Home Hospital program is redefining how inpatient care is delivered. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you’ll treat medically complex patients in their homes—providing true inpatient-level care in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not traditional home care. You’ll work with patients who meet acute inpatient criteria, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team as conditions evolve in real time. Think: active medical management, medication changes, ongoing diagnostics, and rapid care plan adjustments—all happening in the home setting.
