As a Physical Therapist, you will use cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional one-to-one care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for enthusiastic candidates who excel in an autonomous work environment, are highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and technologically proficient.
Territory: Athens, GA
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one care with patients in their homes
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on compassion and clinical excellence
- Utilize advanced technology, including remote monitoring and virtual care tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia
- Current working knowledge of conditions of participation and home healthcare experience preferred
- Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work sites
