About the role
Provides physical therapy services in home health settings.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patients' physical condition and develops treatment plans.
- Administers therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve mobility and function.
- Evaluates patient progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
- Communicates with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a Compact license accepted.
- BLS certification required.
- SSN required.
- DOB required.
- One reference in entire work history required.
Qualifications
- Experience in home health setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of home health care protocols.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment.

Pay
$2547.00 - $2624.00 per week.
