About the Role
Travel Physical Therapist job providing home health services to clients in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Focus on direct patient care and collaboration with the care team. Use rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services
- Collaborate with the care team
- Utilize rehabilitation equipment including splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, ADL equipment, and modalities
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Home Health Certification
- Two years of acute nursing care and home care experience
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Valid driver license
- Proficiency with OASIS
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- At least two specific interview dates/times of availability required (not "anytime")
- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
Preferred Qualifications
- Acute care experience

Pittsfield, Massachusetts — the cultural and commercial hub of the Berkshires, known for scenic outdoor recreation, shops, galleries, theaters, and Pittsfield State Forest.
Pay
Pay rate: $2,454.00 - $2,529.00 per 8-day shift.
