Physical Therapist - Full Time/Part Time
About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time role in a non-profit outpatient retirement and life community. The therapist will assist residents in improving mobility, promoting well-being, and maintaining activity levels, supporting independent and assisted living populations, with occasional float to skilled care.
The role involves patient-centered care in a slower-paced, community-focused environment, with opportunities to treat on-campus and participate in specialized training. The work environment emphasizes collaborative, holistic care with opportunities to follow residents across various care settings, supported by positive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents in improving mobility and maintaining activity levels
- Provide care for independent and assisted living populations
- Occasionally float to skilled care settings
- Deliver patient-centered care in a community-focused environment
- Participate in specialized training and on-campus treatment opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience working with older adults is preferred, but new graduates are welcome
