Physical Therapist - Full Time/Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our non-profit outpatient retirement and life community. In this role, you will help residents improve mobility, enhance well-being, and maintain activity levels, supporting independent and assisted living populations with occasional float to skilled care.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in improving mobility and maintaining activity levels
• Develop and implement treatment plans and resident assessments
• Participate in a patient-centered, holistic care approach
• Float to skilled nursing as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Experience working with older adults in outpatient settings (preferred)
• Flexibility to float to skilled nursing
