Physical Therapist - Full Time/Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time role in a non-profit outpatient retirement and life community.

Responsibilities

• Help residents improve mobility, feel better, and stay active
• Support independent and assisted living populations with occasional float to skilled care
• Provide patient-centered care in a welcoming environment
• Follow residents across the continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Florida physical therapy license
• BLS certification (may be required)
• Experience working with older adults in outpatient and assisted living settings
• Flexibility to float to skilled nursing when needed
• Open to new graduates with professionalism and rapport-building skills
