About the role

At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we believe great clinicians deserve a workplace where they can do their best work, invest in their craft, and still have a life outside the clinic. Our Schedule is Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm, Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm. Full-time hours you can count on — no slow weeks, no cut schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC)
• Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions
• Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
• Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
• Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
• Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day
