Physical Therapist - Full-Time Day Shift

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations using clinical techniques
• Create personalized treatment and discharge plans
• Provide therapy interventions
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Supervise assistants
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent
• Licensure in the state of practice
• CPR/BLS certification
• Preferred two years of experience
