Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Day Shift

About the Role

Plans and conducts treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify areas needing attention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate techniques and tools.
• Provide therapy interventions according to established protocols.
• Establish care and discharge plans, communicating effectively with relevant parties.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within designated deadlines.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent; licensed in the practice state.
• Preferred: Two years of physical therapy experience.
• Required: CPR/BLS certification and valid state licensure.

Essential Functions

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions using approved protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation.
• Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team.
