About the Role

As a Physical Therapist (Full-Time), you will play a vital role in our team, providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in their homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, leveraging your expertise to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care delivery
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Pay

The compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
