About the role
We are seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join our team in Columbia and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults in their homes
- Promoting functional outcomes and combating ageism
- Designing and modifying treatment plans independently within an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state
- Degree from an accredited program
- Basic computer skills
- Current CPR certification
