Physical Therapist (Full Time)

About the role

Outpatient Physical Therapist for the NCH system that would be working out of the Gorham outpatient clinic but would be willing to float to other facilities at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.

Benefits

• Commencement bonus of $10,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.
• Mandatory three‑day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH (attendance on all three days required for onboarding completion).
• If Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with the standard travel policy.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $42.29/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
