Physical Therapist (Full Time)

About the role

Provides physical therapy services to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions, working as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations of patients' physical functions
• Develops individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Performs therapy interventions using established protocols
• Ensures accurate clinical documentation
• Supervises physical therapy assistants
• Collaborates with team members to meet department objectives

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent
• State licensure in physical therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred: at least two years of experience in physical therapy
