Physical Therapist (Full Time)

About the role

We are seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy evaluations and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Manage documentation, billing, and scheduling
• Supervise support staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate patient care with physicians
• Serve as a clinical instructor and participate in department committees
• Provide care across multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facilities
• Serve diverse patient needs

Requirements

• Licensed degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Eligibility for licensure in the state
