About the Role

Provides skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient facility, focusing on orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members; recommends specialist referrals as needed.
• Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill level and competency.
• Completes accurate documentation per departmental policies.
• Performs assessments, re-assessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• Physical Therapist License required.
• No prior experience necessary.
