Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

About the Role

Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, evaluating residents, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with care teams to improve patient mobility and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and create individualized treatment programs
• Deliver therapy to both rehabilitative and long-term care patients
• Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Preferred experience in SNF or geriatrics
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to start immediately

Pay

$60–$65/hour, with weekly pay.

Schedule

Day shift, 36 hours weekly, with flexible start dates.

Multiple positions available with potential for permanent placement.
