Physical Therapist: Full Time

About the role

Cascade Medical (CM) in downtown Leavenworth, Washington, is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment.
• Document all pertinent aspects of care in compliance with the Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Act and applicable laws.
• Follow the American Physical Therapy Association’s Guide to Physical Therapy and CMS regulations/requirements for practice and billing.

Requirements

• Licensure and ability to practice in accordance with the Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Act.
• Adherence to the American Physical Therapy Association’s Guide to Physical Therapy and CMS regulations.
• Position is safety‑sensitive and requires a pre‑employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Schedule

Anticipated work days are Wednesday through Saturday, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexibility for shift start and end times. Exact schedule will be determined with the director upon hire.

Pay

The wage range is set on a 30‑step scale based on years of experience (Base‑30 years of experience). Offer letters and wage determination will be written according to the candidate’s experience.
