Physical Therapist (Full Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and treat patients in outpatient, inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Provide patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and manage administrative tasks like documentation, billing, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise support staff, demonstrate professionalism, and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Flex to other departments as needed and serve as a clinical instructor or committee participant for professional growth.

Requirements

• Current license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
• Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse settings.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
• Participation in ongoing education and adherence to professional ethics.

Schedule

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekend on-call rotations. May include remote or hybrid options.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $79,497.60 to $119,246.40.
