Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their needs and recovery goals
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on assessment findings
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate quality care
- Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and patient progress
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Passion for helping patients achieve their recovery goals
