About the role

The Staff Therapist II demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population, with a commitment to professional and departmental growth.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate clinical skills and knowledge in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
  • Current license to practice as a therapist in Arkansas.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with a diverse patient population.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
