About the role
The Staff Therapist II demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population, with a commitment to professional and departmental growth.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate clinical skills and knowledge in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy sessions to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
- Current license to practice as a therapist in Arkansas.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
