About the role

The Department of Therapy Central Office is seeking a Staff Therapist II for a day shift with working hours from 8-5.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services to clients in accordance with clinical guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct intake assessments and progress evaluations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and sessions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop collaborative treatment plans.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed to practice as a therapist in the state of Arkansas.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in a therapeutic setting.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
