About the role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating and implementing patient-centered treatment plans to address movement dysfunction and pain caused by injury, disease, or disability.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced therapy techniques and manage complex cases.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and support options.
- Contribute to clinical process improvements and documentation.
- Lead educational programs, mentor staff and students, and participate in research and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and engage in community outreach to promote services.
- Support departmental productivity, strategic planning, and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of three years' experience or completion of postgraduate residency/fellowship.
- Current licensure and BLS certification in the respective state.
Skills and physical requirements
- Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, reach, and perform physical activities frequently.
- Occasional patient lifting and moving tasks.
