Physical Therapist Center Manager

About the role

Lead a dynamic outpatient clinic as a Center Manager, overseeing high-quality care provided across orthopedic, sports, neuro, and specialized rehab programs. This role offers a steady patient volume and a structured schedule with three evening shifts, ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about clinical excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a physical therapy practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing patient care protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday.
