Physical Therapist Center Manager

About the role

We are seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager at our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
• Join our community centered clinic that serves all age groups and patient populations. We offer PT, OT and SLP services. In addition to general orthopedic care, we offer specialty programs including LSVT Big and Loud, vestibular and concussion care, ReVital/Oncology , COVID recovery, wheelchair evaluations and hand therapy.
• Work with a large team of 9 clinicians.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• A valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.

Pay

$30,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
