Physical Therapist Center Manager

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Center Manager to lead a thriving outpatient physical therapy clinic in Mesa, AZ, delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational and team success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
• Coach, guide, support, and train staff development and growth.
• Aid leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development.
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Develop strategies to increase profitability.
• Provide an exceptional patient care experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a physical therapy clinic.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
• Proven track record of increasing clinic profitability.

Pay

• Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/Month Student Loan Repayment.
