About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee outpatient orthopedic therapy team
- Provide preventative and rehab services
- Maximize functionality and promote patient well-being
- Lead and manage outpatient center
- Grow and manage center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs
- Participate in philanthropic programs and events
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR Certification
Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
- Salaried, starting at $100,000 and up, commensurate with experience
- Plus Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
