Physical Therapist - Casual

Casual position offering independence, autonomy, and flexibility to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes.

Pay

• $65.33 - $77.90 per unit (visit/unit rate)
• Mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in the last five years (preferred)
• Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians or other licensed practitioners in evaluating patient function, performance, and equipment needs to develop a plan of care/treatment with appropriate goals, interventions, and service intensity/frequency
• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at assigned time points
• Participate in developing and evaluating the plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative, and caregiver(s)
• Provide physician-ordered services as indicated in the plan of care
• Deliver interventions and therapeutic treatment in accordance with the physician-certified plan of care and professional standards of practice
