About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist, experienced or new graduate, to join an outpatient clinic team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Developing personalized treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as needed.
- Educating patients on self-management, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation in line with policies and regulations.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to support staff and contribute to professional development.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the practice state.
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
