Physical Therapist

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary dependent upon experience level. New graduates welcome to apply. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 plus mentorship and generous CEU/PTO.

About the role

Full-time physical therapist position at our Clackamas, Oregon clinic. We seek a passionate, clinically driven therapist—whether a new graduate or experienced professional—who thrives in a team atmosphere. Clinicians are not responsible for insurance authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in 45-minute appointments
• Utilize a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space
• Collaborate within a cohesive team across six Portland metro-area clinics plus Salem

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Current Oregon Physical Therapy license and CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to multitask while delivering exceptional patient experiences
• Passion for physical therapy and patient care
• Enjoys diversity in personnel, clinics, and treatment approaches
