Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with providers.
- Supervise and collaborate with PTAs and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage approximately 8-9 patient visits per day.
- Utilize Meditech EMR.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., D.P.T., or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Indiana PT license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- No specific specialty experience required.
Schedule
- Full-Time.
- 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, 4 days/week.
- Approximately 1 weekend every 8-9 weeks.
- 10% differential for night shifts when applicable.
