About the role
Join Oasis, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, as a Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedic care. Pay
Competitive Physical Therapist salary: $80,000 - $100,000. Achievable monthly clinical bonus program (over 90% of clinicians qualify). Student loan repayment assistance applied directly to the principal of your loan.

Responsibilities
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
